Beverley wondered the same thing. Her dogs were happy healthy and well fed, and like many other people at the time, she saw no difference between animal liberationists and animal activists. Frustrated, upset and worried at the vandalism which took place at night, the lies on the websites set up expressly to destroy her, and the threats that arrived by mail, email and phone she eventually did find out, and what she learned horrified her.
